M O O S O M I N

The town was named after an indian chief.
The Post office opened on November 1, 1882.
The first postmaster was Joseph Daniel, who held the position until 1897.
The current population is 2485.




A postcard mailed in Moosomin on October 29, 1884, when the town was part of the Territory of Assiniboia.
