The third school in Theodore was built in 1919. The brick school contained 4 large classrooms and a full basement. In the early days there was a barn on the north end of the school grounds for the horses which was the main mode of transportation at the time. The brick school cost $25,000.00 to build in 1919. It was closed briefly in 1920 during the spanish influenza epidemic when it served as a hospital. The school was demolished in 1961.
